The big bang: on 23.4.2015, the Salt brand was presented to the public. At the same time, the big rollout started with around 60 teams who transformed all POS from Orange to Salt within one weekend. Which lead to a successful launch and implementation.
We planned this Herculean task during a lead time of one year. The biggest challenge was the secrecy of the project. Many tricks and countless non-discloser agreements were necessary!
