Key Responsibilities
Your mission
Your main responsibility will be to manage the realisation of retail and interior projects from planning to completion with the following tasks:
Project management
- You plan and coordinate interior fit-out projects through to completion
- You have budgets, deadlines and administrative processes under control and ensure complete documentation and efficient communication
- You ensure that all standards are met and that our customers receive a perfect end result
- You maintain your customer portfolio with care and develop practical solutions that offer our customers real added value
- You develop long-term strategies for project optimisation
with the following focal points - depending on experience and expertise:
Construction cost planning:
- You prepare and monitor cost estimates, post-calculations and tenders
- You identify potential savings and manage cost optimisation
Building permit procedure:
- You prepare and coordinate all relevant documents for planning applications
- You check compliance with legal requirements and communicate with the authorities
Qualifications
What you bring
- Completed education as an architect, engineer, construction manager, construction economist or equivalent
- Proven experience in construction cost planning, building permit procedures and/or advising clients
- Confident negotiating skills and sound knowledge of SIA guidelines and building regulations
- Ability to work in a team and strong communication skills
- A proactive solution-orientated hands-on mentality
- Proficiency in German (C1), good knowledge of English and French is advantageous
- Driving license category B
