      Key Responsibilities

      Your mission

      Your main responsibility will be to lead and deliver retail and interior fit-out projects from concept to completion as a trusted Design & Build partner. By taking ownership of project execution, client coordination, and commercial performance, you will play a key role in strengthening client relationships, delivering high-quality services, and supporting the continued development and success of the company.

      Project management & client advisory

      • You design, plan and coordinate Design & Build projects through to completion
      • You act as a 360° advisor to clients across all trades, including architecture, interior fit-out and building services engineering (MEP)
      • You support clients from early-stage project development and strategic planning through to execution
      • You ensure budgets, deadlines, quality standards and administrative processes are effectively managed
      • You prepare and monitor cost estimates, post-calculations, tenders and invoicing
      • You develop practical, value-driven solutions tailored to client needs
      • You contribute to long-term project optimisation and operational efficiency strategies

      Building permit procedure

      • You prepare and coordinate all relevant documents for planning applications
      • You check compliance with legal requirements and communicate with the authorities

      Operations, construction management & troubleshooting

      • You oversee construction management across all trades and ensure smooth project execution
      • You act as a troubleshooting lead on complex or critical projects
      • You support internal project managers as a quality assurance and sparring partner
      • You continuously improve PM processes, operational workflows and project standards
      • You oversee holistic cost control across the project portfolio together with internal tools and processes
      • You monitor project profitability and ensure efficient operational and financial reporting processes
      • You contribute to the development of tools, structures and systems for efficient project delivery

      Quality Assurance & Internal Strategic Support

      • You act as a sparring partner to the CEO regarding operations, PM management and organisational development
      • You challenge and further develop our service and quality standards as a Design & Build partner and consultant
      • You actively contribute to company culture, entrepreneurial thinking and continuous improvement
      • You significantly support and relieve the CEO in operational project management to enable stronger focus on overall company development

        Qualifications

        What you bring

        • Completed education as an architect, engineer, construction manager, construction economist or equivalent
        • Proven experience within a Total Contractor or Design & Build Environment in Interior Fit-outs
        • Strong expertise in client advisory, design, cost management, construction management, and multidisciplinary project delivery
        • Deep understanding for architecture, interior fit-out and building services engineering (MEP)
        • Strong ability to prioritise, troubleshoot and coordinate multiple parallel tasks and projects in a dynamic environment
        • You bring strong expertise in project controlling, combined with hands-on experience using modern digital and agile project management tools (e.g. Smartsheet, ERP systems, Kanban, etc) to drive efficient and transparent Design & Build project delivery.
        • A positive, proactive and solution-oriented hands-on mentality with a pragmatic and results-oriented approach to efficient project execution
        • Confident negotiating skills and sound knowledge of SIA guidelines and building regulations
        • Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team
        • Proficiency in German and Swiss German (C1), good knowledge of English and French is advantageous 
        • Driving license category B
